Dinner on November 1st, Anthem of the Seas to celebrate Judy’s Birthday

Chef’s Table is an unforgettable dining experience on Anthem of the Seas. Al and I Joined a group of fellow passengers on an epicurean journey led by the ship’s Chef de Cuisine. We had five exquisite courses that range from scallop carpaccio, main lobster salad to grilled filet mignon – each paired with the perfect wine to highlight every flavor on the menu. Their signature dessert, The World, blending peanut butter ganache, valrhona chocolate mousse, and salted caramel gelato, is the ultimate sweet ending.
